A leader in the fields of commercial banking and executive business management, Neal Searle received a bachelor of arts in finance from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo. He went on to receive postgraduate training with the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Neal Searle’s career history includes tenures as the First Vice President at Michigan National Bank and Standard Federal Bank, and the President and Chief Executive Officer of two community Bank in southeast Michigan.
Mr. Searle has served as managing director of Creative Asset Strategies since founding the Lake Orion, Michigan-based consulting firm in 2008. The firm operates on a fee-based model to assist clients with functions that range from business formation and strategic development to business continuity and succession planning. Under Neal Searle’s direction, Creative Asset Strategies has secured consulting contracts with a variety of of businesses, from start-ups to firms as large as $50 million in revenue.
